WV Department of Tax and Revenue Charleston, West Virginia   Capitol Business Interiors was retained to consolidate eight divisions dispersed throughout the city into one building consisiting of 309 employees.  The client invovled our fimr for feasibility studies prior to the hiring of the architect.  We were on the team of project professional including the mechanical and electrial engineers, the architect, the client and the general contractor.  All six floors of the building were engineered for open office systems and included radical departures from overhead lighting for energy conservation.  Documentation has been recorded of the increased productivity of their employees after moving into the environment.
